How It Works
The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program allows foreign nationals to obtain U.S. lawful permanent residency by making a qualifying investment in a U.S. commercial enterprise that creates jobs. The minimum investment is $800,000 in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) or $1,050,000 in a non-TEA project.
Philadelphia has become one of the most active EB-5 markets in the country, with multiple Regional Centers and qualifying projects across the metro area. Many of these projects are in commercial real estate — mixed-use developments, hospitality, healthcare facilities, and industrial projects.
Jon helps international investors identify qualifying commercial real estate projects in the Philadelphia region, evaluate project viability and job-creation compliance, and connect with immigration attorneys and Regional Centers to structure the investment properly.
This is not immigration advice. Jon works alongside your immigration attorney to ensure the real estate side of the transaction meets EB-5 program requirements.
